�26,000 to �32,000 +�uncapped commission (up to 25%)�paid monthly + benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and well respected recruitment consultancy, already working with global clients across the Building Design, Engineering & Construction Sector.

We are currently looking for a talented consultant to assist on our Engineering & Construction�desk. Cotleigh already have established Clients within the Building Engineering, MEP and BIM markets.

This is a great opportunity�to expand the division further�whilst�being fully supported by the director and recruitment team to achieve this.

Requirements:

• Experience with Building Engineering, Design & Construction recruitment ideal, however we are open to training a proven permanent recruiter from other sectors.


• Strong business development and client facing skills.


• Excellent account management and resourcing skills.


• Team player, able to work with and support the existing team.

We work in a very nice�listed courtyard building in Southgate, North London,�in an open plan,�friendly and professional environment and plenty of social events and team nights out. The office is easily accessible on the tube as well as overground and on-site parking is available.
