Salary: Competitive + Bonus Structure

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Search Management: Conduct high-level searches for executive and interim roles, identifying and attracting top leadership talent for diverse sectors.

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique organizational needs, and offering tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Use a variety of sourcing techniques to find and engage with high-caliber candidates, conducting comprehensive assessments to ensure a strong fit with client needs.

  • Market Research and Insights: Stay informed of industry trends and market changes, offering valuable insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates.
