What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Consultant but not limited to;

• Manage and grow a successful recruitment desk in the transport sector
\n
• Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
\n
• Work proactively to source and match top talent to client needs
\n
• Drive new business opportunities and develop key accounts
\n
• Visit clients on-site
\n

What we are looking for from a Senior Recruitment Consultant;

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within transport or industrial sectors
\n
• A driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality
\n
• Strong sales and business development skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
