We're built by ex-embedded & Internal recruiters.We specialise in recruiting tech & GTM talent in our core verticals; Cyber Sec & Defence, Consumer Electronics & Retail Technology across Europe.We’re proud of what we’ve done since our formation in January 2023; placing Engineers, Product Managers, Security, Data, marketing & sales candidates into FinTech, EdTech, Quick Commerce, Defence, HealthTech & consumer electronics clients. Although you’d be focused on Troi Search, you’re part of our wider group and have access to knowledge, networks and experience of dozens of embedded recruiters.Okay! You’ve got this far - so what are we actually looking for? 👀We’re looking to give a 360 Technical recruiter who's based in London, with a strong network & experience recruiting in the Cyber Sec & Defence space, a home to strut their stuff in a non-corporate, future thinking tech agency. No ridiculous KPI’s, No call times, simple to understand commission structure and the trust, autonomy and security you need to be able to do your job.We’ve gone from 0 to a portfolio of over 20 repeat clients since January 2023 and we’re at the point now where we’re looking for someone external to help to bring in and deliver on new business streams within Cyber Sec & Defence.We’re looking for someone confident enough to get stuck into business development, knowledgeable and personable enough to leverage existing relationships but is also capable and humble enough to deliver and execute on the business they generate (the 4 words in italics are our core values... see what we did there).Why work for us? 🤷‍♂️We get it, you're thinking “why should I invest my blood, sweat and tears into picking up business for you?”. You’ll have the ability to lean on our recruitment Marketing wizards to help you put together BD campaigns, email marketing, pitch decks - anything where you need something to stand out from the crowd.“Okay great, I’m interested - what do you want to see from me”? 🤝Confidence - You’ve racked up a good few years’ of Tech Recruitment experience in the Cyber Sec & Defence market. You’ve confidently picked up new business and delivered on roles within the tech space. You can demonstrate this by talking confidently about what and how you’ve delivered with our director in an interview. You're confident enough to tell us where you could do with some help, we’re just as interested in what you haven’t done as well as what you have.Knowledgeable - At a base level, you know your front end from your back end, you know that testing tools can be named after vegetables, you know the difference between React and React Native. You're knowledgeable enough to influence your clients and we do a lot of that here, we definitely want to hear stories of you influencing in an interview.Capable - You’ve posted strong billing results in the past and you can show evidence of it. You aren’t shy to speak about your results. You’ve experienced your fair share of success in the past and this is evidenced through the network, referrals and recommendations you’ve built/received.Humble - No two ways about it, this is agency recruitment. We want you to be a competitive person, we want you to want to be number 1.
