AndRecruit has now been established for 1 year and is now looking for it's first hire. This is a crucial role for the business but is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join at the very start and be part of the journey and company vision.

This is a remote role so need someone who is independent, self-motivated and can do a 360 role.

To succeed you will:


  • 12 months+ previous experience working within the Engineering, Tech or Finance markets
  • Self-motivated and Results- focused
  • Goal driven, ambitious and financially motivated
  • Resilient, persistent and determined

  • Proven successful track record
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Independent but also a Team player
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Staying up-to-date with latest industry knowledge and market trends
  • Develop new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling
  • Source the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting and selective processes
