360 Recruitment Consultant - Tech/Data/Digital
Location: Home (1-2 days per week in our Lichfield City Centre office)

Data Careers, a Midlands based based successful and growing Tech/Data/Digital Recruitment services company are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Tech/Data/Digital to sell and deliver our portfolio of recruitment solutions with Tech & Data sector. You will:

• Own the whole recruitment process for tech, data and digital talent (Contract and/or Perm)
• Dive into our network of UK clients, flexing your charm and showing them why we're the real deal when it comes to scaling up their tech & data teams
• Build realtaionships with clients, understanding their needs inside out, and making sure we're always one step ahead.
• Get stuck into the UK & Data tech scene - from events to webinars

Skills required:

• Proven 360 Perm New Business experience
• Ideally experience of working in a vertical market in tech/data/Digital
• A passion for connecting with candidates and staying on top of the latest recruiting trends.
• Expertise in applicant tracking systemsa nd sourcing tools
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and an open mind.
• An ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
