The Role:
As a recruitment consultant, you will play a key role in our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
• Conducting screening calls and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles
• Providing expert advice and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales experience preferred but not essential as long as you have a willingness to learn
