Pearse Partners are growing our team and we're looking for Senior Consultants through to Associate Directors to be part of growing our US offering. Over the past 6 years, Pearse Partners have become leaders across front office financial services, becoming trusted advisors to our candidates and clients across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Credit, ESG and Investor Relations. We're now looking to further grow the team by adding a motivated consultants to the team. Capitalising on existing relationships, there's opportunity to move to New York within 6-12 months (visa dependent).
ResponsibilitiesCompleting the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call through to salary negotiationDevelop existing client relationships and actively business develop new relationshipsActively source and identify top talent within your sectorNetwork and build relationships with active and inactive candidates Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, white papers and other marketing material relevant to the marketBecome a champion in the market for Pearse Partners and the wider Pearse groupThe successful consultant will have: Minimum 3 years recruitment or executive search experience Understanding of financial services market US market experience is advantageousExcellent written & verbal communication Ability to work East Coast US hoursBenefits: Unlimited Annual LeaveEnhanced Maternity & Paternity leave Private health, including dental insurance Quarterly lunch clubs Team trips awayPart of the Pearse Group, alongside Pearse Professionals & Rutherford Search.
