Recruitment Consultant (Worcestershire area)

Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work from our office based in Halesowen covering the Worcestershire area.

Key Responsibilities;

• Option to be responsible for the resourcing, filling and account management OR Focusing on the sales and Account Management of multiple clients across the Black Country area


• Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and workers


• Creating adverts and utilising job boards in order to attract suitable candidates


• Conducting both telephone and face-to-face registrations with candidates


• Management of temporary Industrial OR Logistics plans

What we need from you;

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous


• Knowledge of the Worcestershire bus and travel routes


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent administrative skills


• Ability to work efficiently and independently


• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota


• Must have own travel as you will be required to visit clients in a timely manner
