Recruitment Consultant

As an experienced 360 recruitment consultant we invite your applications for this opportunity. Based in South Leeds, with free parking, you will join a leading branch and well known Recruitment Agency and become part of a large team.

Together you cover the local area (Leeds and Wakefield) to supply temporary workers to your clients. Blending a full 360 role, you will need strong negotiation and sales skills to maximise every opportunity and be a successful recruiter within the Industrial sector. To be considered you must have experience, a full license and your own vehicle for client visits.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant (including but not limited to):

- Drive new business development in the industrial sector.

- Build and sustain robust client relationships.

- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements.

- Provide outstanding service to guarantee client satisfaction.

You MUST have:

- Proven experience in sales or recruitment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Commitment to developing long-term client relationships.

- Holder of a full UK Driver's License.

Salary on offer DOE is up to £30k plus bonus and benefits. Flexi-hours covering 40hr working week together with full a benefits package. To find out more get in touch.
