HSB Technical Ltd is a specialist recruiter within the Power & Propulsion, Shipbuilding, Shipping & Energy and Aerospace sectors. We have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for multiple businesses across the UK and overseas.
We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant, to join the team you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from client management to candidate placement, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and sourcing top talent through various channels. Your role involves conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless on boarding process. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a probative approach. the office is based in Port Solent.
Duties and responsibilities:
Able to do with new business Development, call backs, account management, up selling your and our differing divisions, organising terms over the phone and via email.
All calls will need to be registered and noted / documented on our in-house CRM system ( training will be given ).
Qualifying all jobs from clients, ensuring all requirements, taking a full and detailed job description.
Candidate Sourcing using various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates. Create and post job advertisements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates. Use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities
Manage the offer process, including presenting offers to candidates, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful acceptance. Provide advice on salary expectations, benefits, and career progression.
Monitor responses / applications received and make sure that the candidates applications are followed through accurately and efficiently..
Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
Qualifications and requirements:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Hold a Full UK Driving License
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
