Recruitment Consultant

Xpert Resourcing is seeking a friendly team player who is looking to both manage customer accounts as well as building and developing new ones, helping to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding business relationships and always ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction is at the forefront of what you are doing.

**This is a full time role, but we will also consider people looking for slightly reduced hours**

Duties will include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients both over the phone and in person.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the Directors to maximise these.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Liaise with multiple candidates and clients.
- Conduct multiple interviews and follow the registration process.
- Carry out both warm and cold calls to introduce yourself and the business.

Experience / skills required:
- A team player with a natural ability to speak to people professionally and personably.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
