Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant. Location: City of London (Monument) Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant Start: to start in July or August 2024 Working week: 4 day week employer - Monday to Thursday - Onsite Remuneration: £26,000 & uncapped commission up to 40% from day 1 Team: roles available within our Permanent and Freelance divisions Experience level: This role is for people who want to get into this great industry - we are looking for hard-working individuals who want to change their life. You don t need to speak German, but you might pick up a few phrases as you ll probably be taking a lot of trips over there to meet clients and immerse yourself in the places you ll be hiring into. In a 360 role, you ll spend 50% of your time actively winning business to deliver into by prospecting and speaking with potential contacts, and 50% of your time speaking with candidates and growing your network. This role offers clear progression down two routes, working towards expert level or building out your own team, ultimately both paths can go all the way up to Director level.
