The Hours:�Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm

Location:�Brighton and WFH

Salary:��25,000 - �32,000 Plus Commission

Rubix Recruitment are expanding and looking for a 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant to help build and grow the business. This is a great time to join a rapidly growing Recruitment Agency. We offer a fantastic commission structure with career progression.

Job role

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment within a Recruitment Agency minimum 1 year.


• Ability to work within a team, as well as unsupervised


• A strong network presence pre-existing


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Problem-solving ability


• Great organisational skills


• A team player


• Computer-literate


• Managing a team would be beneficial.
