We have an exciting opportunity to join our Nuclear team as a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT based near Whitehaven in West Cumbria.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join our existing Team.
This role would ideally suit someone who has some basic recruitment experience and is looking for their next challenge.
This is a fast-paced role driving excellent delivery for our prestigious and established clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain full requisition details and person specifications from clients to facilitate an accurate matching selection.
Register and screen candidates to facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements.
Arrange interviews, assist with onboarding and security clearance, and prepare contracts.
Ensure that all contractors comply with client and statutory requirements.
Resolve any queries regarding pay, absences or any other factors which may affect performance.
Help in maintaining maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles.
Comply with all data protection guidelines in line with company policies.
RECRUITMENT
Recruitment of technical, engineering and administrative Candidates.
Advertising current vacancies accordingly.
Sourcing Candidates from our internal database and external sources.
Input/uploading of CV's received.
Vetting Applicants for suitability against current roles.
Liaising with Clients regarding JDB's (Job Description Briefings) and ensuring all information is obtained before starting the recruitment process.
Speaking to prospective Candidates with job description information, rate details, terms and conditions etc. and obtaining permission before submittal.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Dealing with incoming telephone queries as necessary.
Providing an after-care service and follow-up calls with placed Contractors.
CV submittal (formatting CVs for relevant Client and ensuring an auditable trail of information and pooling of up-to-date knowledge)

COMPLIANCE
Request and verify ID/Compliance documentation
Ensure AWR Regulations are followed.
Ensure E2W and IR35 Regulations are complied with.
Ensure Morson Quality Procedures are followed, and all relevant notes and documentation are recorded
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous Recruitment experience would be advantageous
Confident and outgoing, with a professional telephone manner, as personal / first impressions are an important part of the role.
Previous experience in a senior administration or people / team-management role.
Able to communicate positively at all levels
Flexible and adaptable in approach, whilst being able to multitask
Professionally manages workload and conflicting priorities.
Ability to grasp both technical and non-technical job descriptions
Good numerical skills
Excellent time-management skills
Committed to excellent customer service
Fully self-motivated, requiring the minimum management supervision after training
Creative and tenacious approach to problem solving
Attention to detail
Team Player
Ability to pool information and cascade to the team
Cool head to deal with difficult Customers/Clients/Candidates
