Recruitment Consultant

Caval are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant (or someone with proven business development experience) to join our well established city centre Manchester office.

Caval is a market-leading, �50m+ turnover recruitment construction specialist with over 12 years' experience with a growing reputation for delivering excellent service across the construction sector.

Role Description:

This is a full-time sales role for a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team - canvass calls, site visits and head office visits is what it's all about!

The role is located in Manchester, working between our city centre office and visiting current or prospective clients across the North West

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of warm and cold clients,
• Collaborating with a talented team of labour managers to fulfil the clients' needs,
• Staying updated on the industry in order to win new business,
• Managing your own desk with site visits and canvass calls.

Criteria:

• Experience as a recruitment consultant (in any industry)
• Must have current driving license and own car
• A confident and hard-working individual
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
