Recruitment Consultant
5 Days a week at the Beaconsfield Head Office
£20,000 - £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Pentagon Technical Services are currently looking for a Recruitment consultant to join our head office team. You would work under the Recruitment Lead with bringing candidates and potential new business into the company. Construction knowledge or experience is a must and needs to be confident on the phone.
Key Deliverables
The following duties fall within the purview of this role:
* Work with the HR, Marketing and Recruitment team.
* Process the CVs that come into the Recruitment inbox for screening.
* Call candidates to explain Pentagon Technical Services as a company and talk through the full employment process.
* Liaise with the Project Directors regarding potential jobs and booking in interviews via Microsoft Teams.
* Advertise job adverts on LinkedIn.
* Speak with potential clients about Pentagon Technical Services and bring in New Business.
* Identifying new business opportunities within Data Centre’s, including new clients and new partnerships.
* Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
* Pitching sales and products to new clients
* Attend meetings, conferences, and events to build relationships with industry partners.
* Promote the company’s product and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
* Answer the office phone when needed.
* Manage the CVs that come into the HR inbox.
* Create excel spreadsheets regarding salary packages.
* Write Pre-Contract agreements and send to candidates.
* Up-date candidate information and keep everyone up to date with processes.
* Book in accommodation for employees on new contracts.

* The ability to sell products and services.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
* A strategic and creative mind with excellent customer service.
* Technical Skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the clients’ requirements.
* Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* The ability to motivate themselves.
* A solid understanding of the Construction or/and Data Centre world
