Required: “ New Recruitment Consultant” – Accountancy & Finance Division
Birmingham
£30k basic plus uncapped bonus

Would you love the opportunity to manage your own very warm Accountancy & Finance desk?
This desk has been established over the past 2 years and is capable of high billings using the existing database – so you can really hit the ground running
What will I be doing?
* This is a full 360 role where you can manage your desk, your way
* Maintaining solid relationships with existing clients within the Finance & Accountancy sector
* Building new relationships through business development
* Taking ownership of the full candidate cycle
What experience do I need?
* Experience of working as a 360 Perms Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Accountancy & Finance Sector
* Proven track record of success
* B2B Sales experience
* Solid career history (no job hopping please!)
* Excellent written and communication skills
