Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Bristol branch to develop and grow a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.

The beautiful offices are situated centrally on Colston Avenue and you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Bristol will include:

  • New Business Development and Client growth
  • Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
  • Working to KPI's and understanding of your sales pipeline
  • Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans
  • Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
  • Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Regular weekly client visits and therefore ideally you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Business to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face to face visits
  • Best practise administration and record keeping
