In this role you will be a part of our HR Public Sector team. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant who wants to join a consultative and high performing company.This is a warm HR desk in an already established HR market.The Role:You will be handing the entire recruitment life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:Candidate identification and interviewsAdvising and feeding back to candidatesAttending client meetingsMarket mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from theseLead generation through relationship buildingNew business developmentCommunicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for all.This role is suited to an experienced recruitment consultant, ideally recruiting into Public SectorHave experience in communicating with people in a professional settingIdeally you will have 12 months + recruitment experience, ideally within Public SectorDriven and motivated to work in a fast paced environmentYou want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the teamHave excellent communication and level of professionalismCareer Progression and Training:You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function.
