Recruitment Consultant

Due to recent new business success at Arden White, we have 2 amazing new WORK FROM HOME Recruitment Consultant positions in our company.
We have 1 position within our F1, Motorsport, Automotive & Manufacturing team, and 1 position within our Aviation, Aerospace & Defence team, and the 2 people that join our business will be crucial to the future success of Arden White.
You will have extensive experience of supporting engineering clients, with proven success of recruiting for multiple technical positions that may include Design, Quality, Assembly, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Software, Test, Supply Chain, and Programme Management.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider or respond to applications if you do not have proven experience in recruiting technical positions for the engineering sectors that we cover.
You will be highly skilled in resourcing for candidates, writing eye catching detailed job adverts, networking, talent pooling, new business generation, and lead generation. You will also be a team player, with a keen focus on providing a personal service as part of our family run business.
