Working from Queen Square in the Heart of Bristol, we deal with the top national law firms. We have a select group of market-leading senior recruiters with brilliant support team here and we are keen to grow. There is a possibility of ultimate share ownership for the right person.
If you have experience in legal or similar professional recruitment, then an active desk here in Bristol could be yours covering the London market. We have the leading law firms as clients and the doors have been opened. We need a confident, experienced Principal / Senior Recruitment Consultant to hit the ground running with a hot-desk , to earn sensational uncapped commission as soon as possible.
This growing Bristol based recruitment consultancy has developed a strong and respected brand in the legal world nationally and we work on very bespoke client relationships with top quality candidates. Dealing with high earning candidates, the placement fees are substantial. This is very much a quality rather than quantity recruitment operation, with a very supportive team atmosphere and we have a huge existing client and candidate database ready for you to continue to develop.
We are seeking a special person, with a good grounding in recruitment, who is highly motivated and has the confidence to deal in a thoroughly professional manner with leading Solicitors and Lawyers, regionally, nationally and internationally. We are extremely successful nationally, and we are on the PSL for a wide range of international Silver Circle and Magic Circle law firms.

You should be a good team member, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You should have a good level of Academics to Degree level, although a Degree is not essential. You should be competent with Word, Excel and Case Management usage and general IT matters.
A successful legal recruitment consultant will need to have an extremely outgoing personality and a highly professional attitude. You will need to have the ability and confidence to form warm and professional and trusting relationships with Clients of important law firms up to Partner level.
