Competitive base salary from �25k-�35k DOE + Uncapped commission - ���

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team, which boasts over 22 years of collective experience, making this opportunity a solid and supportive environment for someone eager to excel.

A strong sales mindset is key, as you'll be responsible for winning new business and building lasting client relationships. While your background can be in any industry within recruitment, you'll need strong sales acumen, administrative skills and great attention to detail, as compliance is a critical part of the role. You'll receive full support and guidance from the manager and the team to help you master these elements and succeed in the role.

About the role:

• Business development calls and client meetings - you will build up your own client base.
• Candidate marketing - you will source, screen, and engage with candidates
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike to foster long term relationships.
• Developing your personal online brand
• Working to achieve targets

Who we're looking for:

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant who has worked in any market
• A proven biller in either a temporary or permanent recruitment position
• Or a sales driven individual with great customer service and administrative skills
• A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
• Ambition, drive, and a money motivated attitude
• First class communication skills
