Recruitment Consultant-Clifton Moor-£50K

Hours: Full time 4 days in the office 1 day working from home

Salary: £22,500-£25,000 plus commission of up to 30% and a realistic OTE of £50,000 per year

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates within your specialist sector; working with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively through:


  • Candidate attraction and registration


  • Client management and growth


  • Relationship management


  • Negotiation


  • Ensuring Targets and KPI's are met at all times
