Salary:��26,000 - �34,000 per year (depending on experience) + Commission

Are you a dynamic, target-driven individual with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a skilled�Driving Recruitment Consultant�to join our cleints thriving team in�Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience or a strong background in the driving and logistics sector who is looking to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of clients�within the driving and logistics sectors.


• Building relationships�with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.


• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates�for various driving roles including HGV, LGV, van drivers, and other logistics positions.


• Delivering high levels of customer service�to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.


• Meeting targets�and earning commission based on your performance.


• Growing the driving division, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client base.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within driving or logistics, though other recruitment backgrounds will be considered.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• A proactive, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
