The role
Your role will be managing a warm desk with existing clients, however there will an expectation to grow and develop this desk yourself.
You will be focusing on:
Understanding the markets.
Headhunting, sourcing and screening candidates.
Using Social media to write and post job articles.
Interviewing potential candidates.
Building relationships with clients across the UK
You will be working closely with at least two very experienced professionals and two juniors in a positive and collaborative culture. As well as liaising with other teams in other locations.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 12 months in a full 360 recruitment consultant role
Educated with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, hardworking and tenacious
Passionate about self-development and eager to learn and succeed
