£25,000 - £35,000 DOE plus commission
Permanent People are delighted to be working with an established, forward-thinking recruitment company who focus on supplying staff within the special educational needs sector across Leeds and Yorkshire.
They are experiencing growth and are looking to expand their team here.

This is a 360-recruitment role, where you will be working on your own desk. There will be some existing clients for you to work with so building relationships with them will be a priority, as well as acquiring new business.

About you
Previous recruitment consultant experience (ideally education but would consider other sectors such as Health and Social care )
Self-motivation, determination, energy, drive and enthusiasm
Excellent organisational and time-manage skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload
Confident, articulate, presentable and professional
Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
A resilient, positive individual with a can-do attitude
