ATA Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leicester. This is a 360-recruitment role within the East Midlands Maintenance Engineering sector, you'll inherit a substantial amount of sales data, including active accounts, allowing you to hit the ground running!

As part of our well-established team, you'll focus on recruiting for Quality, Manufacturing, and Production (QMP) roles, while also supporting and developing existing accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 12 months in a 360-recruitment role from any sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Maintenance Engineering is a plus—but not essential as full sector training will be provided!
• Sales & Business Development Focus: Lead generation, conversion, account management, and candidate sourcing.
• Career Ambition: Ideal for someone with leadership aspirations, as this role has the potential to grow into a management position.
• Communication Skills: High level of spoken and written English is essential.
