Recruitment Coordinator

A Top 50 recruiter with a turnover of �100 million, Stafforce is one of the UK's leading independent recruiters. We have a passion for people and are looking to add an Recruitment Coordinator to join team based across our client account in Sittingbourne. As an Account Coordinator you will be responsible for attracting, resourcing, and recruiting candidates to ensure client expectations are met, providing administrative support for candidate management. This position would suit someone who can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills looking to enter the recruitment industry, or an experienced coordinator looking for their next step in their career, with an organisation ranked 17th in Recruiters FAST50.

Pay: �25,000 to �28,000 per annum - With a clear career progression plan.

Shift / Hours: Sunday to Thursday - 06.30am to 02.30pm - flexibility and oncall required.

The role:

• Coordination of temporary workers to fulfilment client requirements.
• Create and maintain a 'Pool' of candidates appropriate to the client's needs
• Drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
• Manage site payroll and recruitment compliance
• Provision of 24/7 service to meet client requirements as required.
• Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
• Contribute to a candidate focused culture, ensuring 'right fit', maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous recruitment or customer service experienced.
