The Role

• Attract and assess candidates for technology and engineering roles.
• Use Boolean search and other creative sourcing techniques to find suitable candidates.
• Write well-crafted job adverts, manage LinkedIn projects, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle-from job qualification to candidate placement.
• Ask loads of questions!

What We Offer:

• Salary, Commission & Bonus: �25-30k base + commission (�250 per contract placement, �400 per permanent placement) + quarterly bonus scheme
• Flexible Working: Core hours from 10 am to 4 pm, with the option to work from home on Fridays and a 4 pm finish.

You'll need to have pride in your work, be hardworking, adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication is essential, as is a keen attention to detail.
