This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week required on site as well as the flexibility to travel to external events as required.
Are you ready to use your ambitious and proactive approach, along with your knowledge of end to end recruitment processes to make an impact on the second largest investment project in Arlas history? If the answer is yes, this is a great opportunity to lead comprehensive recruitment of our Baldur project, which is the addition of a new state of the art mozzarella cheese processing facility at our Taw Valley Creamery in Devon.
How will you make an impact
This role will be a combination of creating a strategy to drive volume recruitment within the early careers space, along with managing the entire end to end recruitment process for project Baldur. From advertising roles, sourcing candidates, facilitating competency and behavioural assessment interviews through to handling offers and onboarding.
