KPI Recruiting is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Recruitment Manager to join our Warrington office.
Working Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: KPI Recruiting Manchester, 76 King Street, Manchester, M2 4NH

What does the role entail?
- Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
- Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the external recruitment market
- Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source suitable candidates
- Conduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, and complete compliance checks
- Foster a coherent working environment, by providing a strong leadership
- Recognising key motivators in the working environment.
- Support your team’s personal development to meet employees' career goals
- Work closely with the Commercial Director, to implement improvement strategies
- Ensure the ‘sales cycle’ is being followed by the team and report weekly figures
- Ensure clear communication within the team
- Hold team briefings, complete 1:1’s with each team member, and monitor targets.
- Drive sales incentives throughout the team.
- Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting online brand.
What do we want to see from you?

- Strong 360 recruitment experience is required
- Business development/sales experience
