We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who is ready to take lead of our Manchester office, managing a team of well-established recruiters and driving the office to success. You will be focused on the development, growth and results of the team, alongside managing your own 360 desk and personal development to progress through to Location Manager and Directorship.

This position would suit a current billing Team Manager who is looking to take on more responsibility, whilst benefitting from further training and development to allow them to drive the Manchester office to success and progress to Directorship.

The role:

• Team Manager of our Manchester office.
• Management of 5 Recruiters
• Manage your own 360 recruitment desk
• Drive team performance and growth
• Contribute the success of the office company
• Progression to directorship
• Personal commission - up to 40% + team based commission

The person:

• Successful 360 Recruitment Manager
• Experience coaching and managing a team
• Ambition to continue to progress into directorship
• Proven experience of achieving big goals
• Motivated, resilient, goal-driven
