Duties of this Recruitment Manager

• Visiting schools & careers on the insight days to discuss career paths
• Attending conferences and events
• Securing new partnerships with training providers who can support people to be work ready and you can arrange guaranteed interviews for their clients
• Owning the Social Mobility Programme
• Managing internal and external stakeholders

Experience needed for this Recruitment Manager

• Recruitment experience
• Public Sector knowledge
• Corporate Social Responsibility awareness
• Confidence in a customer facing role
