Job Overview:

As a Recruitment Officer at PJ Care, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within our organisation. Your primary focus will be�sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent that aligns with our values and culture. You will work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to ensure a seamless recruitment�experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep�understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the best candidates to join our team.





Responsibilities:




  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop�comprehensive job descriptions.

  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and other�creative methods, to attract high-quality candidates.

  • �Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

  • Facilitate reference checks, DBS applications and background screenings as required.

  • Extend job offers to successful candidates.

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Repetitive administrative duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, and scanning.�

  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to optimise recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.





Requirements:




  • Proven experience in a similar role, Healthcare or social care industry�would be�beneficial but not critical.

  • Willing to learn and develop within the team.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • �Ability to effectively assess candidates and good negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • �Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities.

  • Professional and approachable

  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in people's lives.
