Recruitment Resourcer - Part -time



Home but with occasional meet up in Salisbury or Southampton

We are looking to hire a part-time recruitment resourcer, ideally someone who perhaps is looking to work later hours in the afternoon /evening due to many of our clients being based in the US.�



If you would love to have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting tech roles within up and coming early seed to series A startups in the US, we would love to hear from you. We have built up an enviable reputation for supporting startups in the tech space across the US with hiring:



Software engineers - frontend, backend, fullstack



Platform engineers - designing the backend systems



Product designers�



Developer Advocates





The role:




  • Utilising linkedin and other platforms to seek out candidates who match roles that are shared with us from some of the most exciting tech startups

  • Deep researching skills to uncover candidates who are not on job boards, ensuring there is a clear match to the role in terms of skills and spec requirements and reaching out to share details about the role and opportunity

  • Arranging first stage screening calls in line with US working hours (typically NYC and East Coast from 12pm through to SF and West Coast around 8pm)

  • Conducting a thorough and deep interview over Googlemeet in order to understand a candidate's background, motivations and alignment with the role

  • Discussing details about the opportunity with potential candidates and gaining commitment to move forward�

  • Formatting resumes where necessary and managing the process through from submission, interview, feedback





What are we looking for:




  • A naturally curious nature, someone who loves finding out more about people and being able to determine very quickly whether there is a good match�

  • Technical competent, with the ability to learn more about the tech industry if you haven't worked in this field already and confident to hold conversations with software engineers and other technical candidates

  • A relentless approach and someone who doesn't get bored easily, particularly if you may need to spend many hours reading through profiles on Linkedin to find a great potential match
