Recruitment Resourcer

Looking to be part of a large team working in a vibrant and positive environment? We are inviting applications from experienced recruitment resourcers to work in this busy branch based in Wigan. You will support the team in terms of registering temporary workers and help fill vacancies. You will work in a ever-changing and challenging environment so you need to be responsive and reactive to fast paced change. You will be supported and lead by a senior team, working together to provide a first class service to all clients seeking temporary labour, mainly within the Industrial sector.

You help and assistance to aid a smooth operation is key. As well as registering candidates you will gain and pass on leads for sales call to be made, obtain RTW docs and reference and all associated admin, inc posting jobs, CV searches and onboard /check in candidates etc and payroll - enquiries, holiday requests etc.

If you have experience of working within an agency setting, already aware of all temp processes and understand the terminology we would like to have a chat with you.

Salary on offer is up to �28k plus bonus and benefits. You must drive and have your own transport and be able to work between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday as there is a slight variation on shifts involved around these times to ensure the office is manned appropriately. Some oncall duties may be needed also.
