We are looking for a new recruitment resourcer to add to the ever-expanding team.

Recruitment Resourcer role:

Based in lovely offices in Oldbury, duties and responsibilities include:

• Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals


• Placing adverts on Job Boards and social media


• Developing strong relationships with candidates


• Registering and interviewing new candidates


• Matching candidates to temporary/interim opportunities


• Fully preparing candidates prior to submitting them to bookings


• Writing accurate and engaging candidate profiles for Consultants to actively promote to clients


• Working with urgency and ensuring that candidates are supplied to Consultants in a timely manner


• Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases

What can I earn as a Recruitment Resourcer?

The basic salary for the Recruitment Resourcer role is up to £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.

About You:

• Minimum one years' recruitment agency experience, ideally from either the Education or Care Sector.


• You will be ambitious and a great communicator


• Motivated, resilient and target driven


• A great communicator that isn't pushy or mainstream sales based


• Have a steady work history and can demonstrate success.


• Be keen to learn, and possess a natural ability to think on your feet and work
  
  under pressure.
