Our client is a busy education recruitment consultancy, specialising in providing permanent and supply teachers, teaching assistants, lecturers, tutors and other specialist staff to primary and secondary schools, FE colleges, nurseries and SEN providers across the West Midlands.
As an integral part of this busy team, you will focus on identifying and registering new candidates, using a range of tools including targeted advertising, social media, networking, fairs�and events, and referrals.��
The successful candidate will have prior experience of working as a recruitment resourcer, either within the education field or another market, great research and communication skills, and strong organisation abilities ideally including a knowledge of candidate compliance paperwork.
You will be part of a fun, fast moving, supportive team.� Competitive base + commission,� 9�hour workday during school term times (with an early finish on Fridays) but much shorter 6 hour days during all school holidays.
