Location: Reading
Pay rate: �12.50 p/hr

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our large Reading-based office.
This is a full time position, working�Monday-Friday, 9am-17.30pm� We are�100% office based.�
This is initially a�6 month fixed term contract�to assist�on a high volume recruitment campaign.

The role and responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screening CVs:�Review CVs and applications to match candidates with relevant job requirements.
• Building Candidate Pipelines: Developing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Conducting Initial Interviews: Pre-screening candidates through phone or video interviews to assess their suitability before submitted to the end client.

What we need from you:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Able to engage with candidates and clients effectively, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
• Strong Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
