Recruitment Resourcer

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer for a prestigious client based in Birmingham. The role will be Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home and as an experienced Recruitment Resourcer you will be able to hit the ground running.
Duties will include, but not limited to;

• Sourcing and screening candidates
\n
• Searching for relevant CVs on available job boards
\n
• Short listing candidates from adverts
\n
• Writing and posting adverts
\n
• In depth conversations with candidates about the vacancies and their experience, reasons for leaving etc
\n
• Full onboarding of new recruits
\n
• Answering the phones and taking messages
\n
• Dealing with emails and queries
\n

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience within a similar role
\n
• Experience of working within recruitment
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work well under pressure
\n
• The ability to dig deep and not be afraid to ask questions
\n

This is a temporary position initially for 6 months with the possibility of leading permanent, working 37 hours a week Monday - Friday paying £13.51 per hour with an immediate start.
