Role: Recruitment Resourcer/ Consultant
Desk Focus: Construction Health & Safety
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 + commission
WRG is looking to hire an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer/ Consultant to join our H&S recruitment team and support in the recruitment of H&S/ CDM (construction design management) professionals across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to forge a career within recruitment to join an established recruitment agency that has exciting plans for 2025 and into the future.
As a Resourcer you will have responsibility for attracting new candidates by placing engaging job adverts, managing the flow of internal candidates, pre-screening candidates CVs, using job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment software to network with candidates.
We are looking for someone to further develop and nurture our candidate relationships across the sector. We work with a range of construction & engineering consultancies, health & safety practices and independent construction organisations across the built environment.
Requirements:
Hungry to be successful.
Confident and strong communicator
Self-motivated and can work efficiently under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks.
Strong administrative skills and a focus on attention to detail.
Team player, able to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates during the recruitment process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
