Kenect is a well-known and award-winning recruitment brand operating nationwide. Due to their expanding Branch Network, they currently have an excellent permanent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their busy Rochford office to cover the Southend, Maidstone & Chelmsford areas.

Job Responsibilities:
Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets Business development via marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
Account management
Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
Matching workers to vacancies
Rotating on call duties required
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Southend, Maidstone & Chelmsford areas would be desirable.
Sales focused with successful business development skills
Successful business development skills
Account management skills
Proven record of success in B2B
Target driven
Excellent level of customer service
Must be articulate and enthusiastic
A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
Minimum 6-months experience in recruitment
Ideally, previous experience within Industrial or Driving recruitment is advantageous
Own transport is essential for this role
