Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance Team Leader)

Location: Plymouth

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)

Salary: £29,250 Total Salary, Overtime, 26.5 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits - Including Employee Discounts

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance) to join our company to carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance programme across several retail site locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.


• Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.


• To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.


• To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs


• Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential.

The ideal candidate:

• Willingness to work night shifts (Essential)


• Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work. 


• Customer focused and self motivated.


• Flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
