Our client is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Transport/Container Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role within the operations team at the depot and ensure compliance with F-Gas certification standards.

Main Duties:

• Inspecting and repairing refrigeration units on refrigerated vehicles in a timely manner
• Performing routine maintenance on reefer units to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnosing and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with systems
• Testing reefer units to ensure they meet temperature and safety standards
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work

Requirements:

• F-Gas certification
• Proven experience as a Reefer Container Engineer or Transport Refrigeration Engineer
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Clean and full UK driving license
