Refuse Driver 3.5T

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Refuse Driver 3.5T . As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting waste to various locations. This position requires strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate different types of vehicles.

Pay

• �11.98 per hour

Hours

• 06:00 - 14:00


• (13:30 Friday)


• Some weekend or work outside these hours may be required

The role of a driver

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials


• Load and unload, ensuring proper handling and securing of items


• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient delivery


• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations


• Bank holiday working could be a requirement (1.5x pay increase)

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK


• Essential to this role: Level 1 - Category B1 driving licence (Up to 3.5 Tonne)


• Experience of driving in another role (ideally)


• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members


• Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical demands of the job


• To conform with strict health and safety requirements, the role is subject to random and regular drug testing


• A good standard of secondary education
