The role

  • \nProvide exceptional customer service - be the main point of contact for customers in your sector, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • \n
  • \nManage customer orders and quotations - process orders accurately with a 'right first time' mentality, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
  • \n
  • \nHandle customer queries and complaints - act as an advocate for customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
  • \n
  • \nCollaborate with internal teams - liaise with Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • \n
  • \nMaintain accurate records - ensure all customer interactions, orders, and pricing information are documented in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • \n
  • \nMonitor and report issues - escalate customer or system concerns to the Regional Accounts Team Leader in a timely manner.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • \n
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
  • \n
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but training provided).
  • \n
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset.
  • \n
  • High commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • \n
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office & MS Teams).
  • \n
