The role
\n
\n- \nProvide exceptional customer service - be the main point of contact for customers in your sector, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
\n- \nManage customer orders and quotations - process orders accurately with a 'right first time' mentality, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
\n- \nHandle customer queries and complaints - act as an advocate for customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
\n- \nCollaborate with internal teams - liaise with Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
\n- \nMaintain accurate records - ensure all customer interactions, orders, and pricing information are documented in line with company and regulatory standards.
\n- \nMonitor and report issues - escalate customer or system concerns to the Regional Accounts Team Leader in a timely manner.

The Person
\n
\n- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
\n- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
\n- Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but training provided).
\n- A proactive and customer-first mindset.
\n- High commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
\n- Computer literate (Microsoft Office & MS Teams).
