Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop client accounts from Coventry to the Scottish border.
Dedicate 30% of your efforts to identifying and securing new business in line with company goals.
Create target plans by brand for your territories.
Achieve budgets and targets consistently.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience selling into garden centres is essential.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a B2B field sales position
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strong listening skills and a creative mindset.
Able to thrive in a fast-changing sector.
