Our client are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to take ownership of customer interactions within their sector, ensuring optimal service delivery and fostering strong relationships.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of customer accounts.

  • Work collaboratively in a Customer Service Team, prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and SLA commitments.

  • Engage and develop relationships within your sector while promoting the full product portfolio.

  • Drive sales opportunities by ensuring high service standards, converting inquiries into orders.



Daily Duties Include:




  • Preparing and processing customer quotations and orders with accuracy.

  • Managing customer expectations and serving as their internal advocate.

  • Handling customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Taking full responsibility for customer accounts, including complaint management.

  • Ensuring technical information and pricing align with data sheets and costing models.

  • Maintaining meticulous records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

  • Upholding ‘Customer First’ values to enhance customer service experiences.

  • Working towards departmental KPIs and resolving queries within a fast-paced environment.

  • Reporting customer or system issues to the Regional Accounts Team Leader in a timely manner.

  • Collaborating with Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, and Manufacturing to coordinate and drive activities.

  • Acting as a customer liaison and escalation point for the department.

  • Contributing to continuous business improvement initiatives.

  • Representing the company with professionalism both internally and externally.

  • Complying with Health & Safety policies and promoting a safe working environment.



Essential Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade 5/C or above).



A business qualification (A-Level or higher) is desirable.



Experience with CRM systems (essential).



Familiarity with manufacturing order processes and the industry (desirable).



Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.



Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.



Effective communicator at all levels with an outstanding telephone manner.



Ambitious with a desire for training and continuous professional development.



Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Teams.



Ability to handle pressure, work to deadlines, and demonstrate a process-driven approach.
