Job description:
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Branch Manager to join our Existing Installations Team based in our Midlands and South West Region. The successful candidate will have full accountability for branch EI P&L and branch functional performance. EI Branch Managers have full authority over Portfolio & Repair Sales, Fulfilment and EI branch administrative resources and are supported where necessary by central admin resources.Branch Managers are further supported in delivering functional performance by Business Partners from EI, Finance, HR and FQE to ensure branch functional objectives in these areas are achieved.This is a permanent and full time role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all day-to-day field operations within the maintenance & repair business units in the region. Meet service, portfolio and repair sales objectives in order to deliver portfolio growth, profitability, efficiency and customer and employee satisfaction
Responsible for managing all aspects of the EI branch in order to meet EI Branch targets of his/her area of responsibility
Control the implementation of sales and commercial policy in the branch, according to the established procedures
Promote, motivate, coordinate and direct the activities of the Branch, to deliver the Schindler objectives of client satisfaction
Apply the company's financial policies to all branch activities according to the established procedures and guidelines
Control expenses optimising optimizing the management of branch purchases and stocks in accordance with the KG policies
Control the application of the safety and health guidelines
Coordinate the portfolio and repairs sales efforts to ensure that the primary commercial responsibility rests with the Service Leader and that the efforts of the salesman are targeted at growing the business while securing the portfolio and developing the technical expertise of the Service Leaders
Ensure bottom-up communication in marketing and operational matters to Field Operations
Actively develop staff (quality, efficiency, customer orientation etc.)
Analyse root causes for deviations and set up corrective actions
Control the application of quality and product safety guidelines

Profile description:
Candidate Requirements:
Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant technical or business discipline
Proven track record in managing the customer interface
Excellent communicator and proven ability to build networks and relationships with internal and external customer base
Proven experience in a management /leadership role
Proven experience of P&L responsibility
Knowledge of the Lift industry or Facilities Management
Proven technical and commercial awareness as it relates to the lift industry business would be desirable
SAP experience beneficial
